What is a Participant?
- A participant in the Time and Talent Network is someone who links up with a church already in the Time and Talent Network.
- That person will already have some general knowledge of a church and a desire to participate in that church's activities.
How do I become a Participant?
- To become a participant, you will first need to get a login, for security purposes. Here is a link to set up a login at our Login Setup page.
- Once you log in with your new site username and password, you will be taken to a screen where you can register as a participant and link to a Network Church.
- Your church can be found by using either a dropdown selection box or a placard, depending upon your church's visibility selection. A placard is a phrase chosen by your church to make it easier to find them in the Network.
- Some churches will require you to only use their placard in order for you to link with them. In that case the church will not be available through the dropdown.
Is there a charge to become a Participant?
- There is not a charge for visitors, friends or members of a church to become a participant.
- Churches in the Network pay a subscription fee for use of the Network for their program signup, church voting, and other features.
How do I sign up for activities in my church?
- Once you have inked to a church, you will be taken to a Participant Landing page where you can review all the programs your church has available.
- If you have Linked as a member or friend of your church, you will be able to request signup for an activity right away.
- If you have Linked as a visitor of a church, you will be able to view programs for the church you are interested in.
Can I participate in more than one church?
- Yes, absolutely! We have purposely designed our Network so that it is easy to Link up to more than one church.
- You can be involved in as many churches in our Network as you choose. And if you are Linking with a church for only one activity in the short term, you can Unlink from the church when that activity is complete.
