The Login Screen asks for the user information which you provided upon site registration:
- Your Login name is your Login ID which you set up. It might be just a name or it might be an email address, depending upon what you provided at registration. If you have forgotten your username, then you will need to contact one of the churches you are linked to so they can look it up for you. Their Time and Talent Network Administrator or Master Conductor will be able to do this for you. If you have not yet linked to a church or cannot reach your church please do contact us using the options on our site contact page..
- The Login name is not case sensitive and capitalization need not match exactly what you used when setting up the account. For example, a login name set up as "CarolJoy" can be input as "caroljoy".
- Your password is the one which you set up upon site registration. If you have forgotten your password, you may click the "Reset Password" link at the bottom of the form in order to get started setting up a replacement password.
- "Extended Logged-in Session" can be checked if you wish for the Network to keep you logged in for a longer period of time. This means that you might walk away from your computer for a meeting or phone call and you will still be logged in when you return. This may or may not be suitable for your particular work setting or style. Evaluate your work environment for security and make a determination based upon your individual circumstances.
- If your e-mail has not been successfully confirmed during the registration process, when you "Click to Log In" you will be taken to a page which will guide you through completing the email confirmation process. Once your email is confirmed, you will be able to proceed with linking up to a church.
- If you are having problems with a particular field or input screen on our site, the best thing to do is to fill out our error form to notify us of the problem.
